Lelolai an expression of joy! Lelolai FAM (Family Arts Music) is a musical collective co-founded by the intercultural marriage of Italian-Canadian singer songwriter Laura Deviato and Cuban-Panamanian percussionist Olimpo Ortega. Their desire to hear family friendly music with positive and educational content for their kids inspired them to create their own! Their unique style combines Latin percussion with guitar/vocals, groovy beats and enchanting melodies, creating a fresh and interactive experience for the whole family. Original songs with uplifting lyrics transcend genres flowing seamlessly through Folk- Funk-Soul-Latin in English, Italian and Spanish. They honed their craft on the streets, schools and stages of Latin America, Europe and now Canada! They are thrilled to return to Tofino and this time with the family band for the Lelolai Latin Christmas Family Fiesta!
